How to Add Telegram Channel?

Add Telegram Channel or Group to your Softons Social Connect account

You can now add Telegram Channel to your Sotons Social Connect account using the following steps;

• First we've to install telegram app in your PC/Laptop, and then login to your Telegram app in your desktop

• Click here to create a telegram bot

• Click on "Send Message"

• Type the following command in Bot father "/newbot" (without double quotes)

• Please choose a name for your bot (Ex: softons)

• Keep Your Bot a name which must end with "_bot" (Ex: softons_bot)

• You shall get HTTP API token, copy the full token whcih is in red colour and must be pasted in your Softons Social Connect later

• Now select your channel or group you already have, or create new channel / group

• Click on "Administrators" of the channel or Group you need

• Click "Add Admin" and allow all required permissions

• Now send a message in channel or group with the following command "Add new message"

• Now Click Here to activate Telegram Channels or Click here to activate the Telegram groups

• Now we have to paste the token received from "botfather" at telegram in the "Enter access token " field.

• Once Token is pasted, click the "Submit" button

• Slect the required channel or group and activate your Telegram account.
